1️⃣Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to xv99 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility conditions. xv99 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling and takes all reasonable steps to prevent minors from accessing the platform.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of account registration.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in Bangladesh at the time of play.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of xv99 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

2️⃣Account Registration and Security

To access betting and casino games on xv99, you must create a registered account. Account registration requires you to provide accurate, current and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Each player is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple accounts created by the same person are prohibited and will result in suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of associated balances.
• You must provide a valid mobile number or email address during registration. This contact information is used for identity verification, password recovery and security notifications.
• You must not share your account credentials with any third party. xv99 will never ask for your password. Any unauthorised access to your account that results from sharing credentials is your sole responsibility.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify xv99 support immediately via live chat. xv99 will investigate and may temporarily suspend your account while the investigation is ongoing.

xv99 reserves the right to request identity documents (KYC documentation) at any stage, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or if suspicious activity is detected on an account. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction.

3️⃣Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

All financial transactions on xv99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). xv99 supports the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. Transactions are processed in accordance with the following rules.

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit unless one has been set by the player under responsible gaming settings.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad typically credit to your xv99 account within 60 seconds of payment confirmation. xv99 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 30 minutes for fully KYC-verified accounts. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may not withdraw funds.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that is registered in the same name as the xv99 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• xv99 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000 or where unusual account activity is detected. Such checks may extend processing times.

Any funds deposited to xv99 that are suspected to originate from fraudulent, criminal or money-laundering activity will be frozen pending investigation. xv99 cooperates fully with relevant authorities in such matters. Players who use fraudulent payment methods will have their accounts permanently closed and may be subject to legal action.

4️⃣Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

xv99 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and other promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any additional promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made.

• All bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated in the offer. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms.
• Only one bonus may be active on a player's account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus before completing the wagering requirement on an existing bonus will result in forfeiture of the existing bonus balance.
• Bonuses are awarded for personal, recreational use only. Using automated software, coordinated play with other accounts, or any other technique to exploit bonus terms is strictly prohibited and will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and immediate account suspension.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid only on the game or games specified in the promotion and must be used within the stated validity period.

5️⃣Gameplay, Betting Rules and Game Integrity

All games available on xv99 — including casino table games, slot games, crash games, live dealer games and sports betting markets — are subject to the following rules governing gameplay and bet settlement.

• All casino games on xv99 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RTP percentages are disclosed in each game's information panel and reflect the theoretical long-term return to player.
• Sports betting odds are set by xv99 and are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is placed and confirmed, the odds at that moment are locked in and cannot be altered.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round or a sports event resulting in an incomplete settlement, xv99 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant player accounts.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within the game interface or betting market. Bets placed in excess of the stated maximum may be partially voided to bring the total stake within the permitted limit.

xv99 does not accept responsibility for errors made by a player during the betting process — including selecting an incorrect team, incorrect market or incorrect stake amount. Players are responsible for checking their bet slip carefully before confirming any wager.

6️⃣Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on xv99 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal action being taken against the offending player.

• Creating more than one account on xv99, whether under your own name or using falsified identity information.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any software that gives an unfair advantage in gameplay or bonus accumulation.
• Colluding with other players, including coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit platform promotions, bonus systems or odds discrepancies.
• Depositing or attempting to deposit funds that are derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illegal source.
• Abusing, threatening or harassing xv99 customer support staff or other players via any communication channel.

xv99 employs automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Accounts identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will be suspended without prior warning. Any balance held in a suspended account at the time of suspension may be frozen pending investigation and forfeited if the prohibited conduct is confirmed.

7️⃣Responsible Gaming

xv99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. The following tools and policies are in place to support players who wish to manage their gambling activity.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Self-exclusion: Players may request a temporary self-exclusion period of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, or a permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account is locked and cannot be reopened until the period expires. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.
• Reality checks: Players may enable session time reminders that display a notification after a set period of continuous play, prompting the player to review their session duration and activity.

8️⃣Account Suspension and Termination

xv99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including prohibited conduct, multiple account creation, or failure to comply with KYC requirements.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, use of stolen payment credentials, or suspected money laundering associated with the account.
• A player's voluntary request to close their account or to activate permanent self-exclusion under the responsible gaming policy.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited in full. Upon voluntary account closure where no breach has occurred, the remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player's registered payment method after deducting any applicable fees, provided KYC verification is complete.

9️⃣Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xv99's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall be limited as follows.

• xv99 is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• xv99 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily limit access. xv99 will endeavour to minimise downtime but accepts no liability for losses incurred during platform unavailability.
• xv99's maximum aggregate liability to any player in relation to any single incident shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by the player in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

xv99 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible on this page. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when the current version was last revised.

Where changes are material — meaning they substantially alter player rights or obligations — xv99 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice before the amended Terms take effect, either by posting a notice on the platform or by sending a notification to your registered contact. Your continued use of xv99 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.

⚖️Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to xv99's operating jurisdiction. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to pursue resolution through appropriate legal channels in accordance with applicable law.
